For many of us, a few key pieces will always hold a special place in our hearts and our home.  For the Sarovich’s, French provincial chairs, big chests, and a mini-baby grand piano were just a few of their treasured items.  While they knew they wanted their home to have an updated, more casual vibe, they also knew these special items just had to be included if the grand vision was to become a reality.

Since it had been nearly twenty years since the couple’s last real renovation, it was vital to ensure they had a solid concept of what they wanted for their home.  Using the online software tool “HOUZZ” they were able to kick their creativity into high gear, and clarify some of their wants and needs. Debra Lellbach helped them target which colors to use, identify which concepts might work best in their home, and help them articulate the overall desired feel of each room.

“I kept wanting to speed the process up and Deb exerted the perfect balance to suggest ‘living’ with the fabric selections for a while, or viewing the paint swatches several times throughout the day and evening to get a sense of how lighting would affect the colors.” – Sheila Sarovich

With the major steps of their interior redesign complete, including fabric selection, rug and carpet selection, paint selection, and new lighting fixtures, accessorizing was the final step in bringing the new look together.

“Deb has great taste, trusts the process and is willing to take the time necessary to get to know her client’s lifestyle and decorating preferences.” – Sheila Sarovich
